Pros

The application was fairly easy (no competency questions) The online tests where much easier and funner than them SHL type. We had to download a game called 'yellow hook reef' on your phone from the app store.

Cons

The video interview was weirdbut that could be due to my lack of experience.

Pros

great working hours, inclusive organisation, friendly colleagues who will help you grow and develop. Assigned mentors and buddies to assist in the transition into the company and your development.

Cons

as a government funded organisation there are not many additional benefits and the company is getting stricter on expenses etc. Dont get free rail travel, just a season ticket discount. progression can be slow in some areas
