Pros

Really dedicated team, lots of opportunities and challenges. A lot of stakeholder management but its worth it as the company is so complex.

Cons

A lot of bearacracy and red tape. Understandable in such a big organisation but being a quasi public sector company with a lot of media interest means you have to consult, but also act fast!

Pros

Good work-life balance and benefits such as 75% subsidy on staff travel.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy and red tape. I feel the processes within the company are weak and a waste of time.
