Pros

There are some really good people

Cons

A culture of fear, intimidation and bullying that goes un-addressed, even when highlighted to HR. So much is covered up and the company is in the dark ages in so many areas. Having endured many, many years in the hope of change, I feel this is very unlikely this century! I would never recommend NR unfortunately.

Pros

Good training opportunities and people.

Cons

Generally a bullying culture where staff want to show that their projects are working well. This, in some cases, leads to covering up or trying to make light of issues. In addition there is constant change, which is often not needed. This disturbing for staff.
