Pros

Very strong and supportive team work ethic. Good training programmes and facilities. Real opportunity to work on very high profile campaigns.

Cons

The negative public perception of company is hard to take on board. Promotion opportunities are very few and far between.

Pros

Family friendly company, with great family friendly policys. A company that likes to invest in it's people ensuring they are fully trained for the job, whether that is on track, in a signal box, or in an office. Encouraging development and progression in their people

Cons

Struggling here, they really are a good company to work for, have recently relocated a lot of central functions out of London to Milton Keynes, but that is hardly bad.
