Pros

job satisfaction. Good work atmosphere. Good pay. Wonderful benefits from the employer. Good people with good brains work here. Over all good company.

Cons

Odd hours. Repittitive work to be done always. Not much of challenging job. Looking for some more wonderful opportunities in the same field.

Pros

Good perks - 28 days A/L standard, rising to 30 after 10 years service. A %age reduction for your season ticket to travel to work. They also used to give an interest free loan to pay the reduced rate. Reasonably flexible on work location if you have to deal with things at home and I recall a 1 day a month work from home policy.

Cons

Little room to manoeuvre into new roles - seems to be very 'silo'd. Lots of processes (some there for good reason) and it seems to take ages to get anything done. Manager to subordinate locations can sometimes be hundreds of miles apart and you may feel a bit detached at times...

Pros

Training, team work, pride in work

Cons

bureaucratic like any large company, not dynamic and driven enough to stand alone as a profit making company, too many employees 'cruising' in roles without being challenged to improve.
