Pros

There isn't any pros it's terrible

Cons

The company management is very unprofessional, With large proportion of them all on each others Facebooks ! Including favorite employees. They will often employ there mates from contracting companies over above actual Networkrail employees . Bullying by the management is very common often in form of verbal abuse,or giving employee they don't want pointless tasks to do , or setting you up to do something wrong, they then follow there investigation process and get rid you . NWR speak out policy goes to your senior management and HR who are all just as bad as lower management for bullying as HR support the managers. Managers / supervisors seemingly avoid disaplinary even if there on site when something goes wrong including drugs and alcohol tests .
