Pros

Really enjoy building an organization that is dedicated to its people and clients. Opportunities to learn how to grow a business and add immediate value to the team and org. Truly a collaborative environment.

Cons

NTC is a fully remote workforce, so would like to have more team or regional in-person meetings when possible.

Pros

You get to work with some pretty large companies to integrate bleeding edge solutions in the networking space. Great pay and some of the smartest co workers I've ever had.

Cons

Some of the bigger engagements move slow, but there's opportunities to move around if you want.

Pros

- decent salary - remote (mostly) - laptop provided

Cons

- no equity - mediocre 401k - the NTC way, or the highway. 1 female on the entire technical team, dude culture ftw - management exists to keep customers happy, not develop team members
