Quite a number of smart and good people. Ability to work largely remotely. Technically advanced and good project opportunities

The Company Who Doesn't Know Which Company They Are

Pros

Hands down the best talent of any consulting shop in town. Our work is regularly recognized by Microsoft as being best of breed.

Cons

Constantly reorganizing, no consistent strategy/leadership, and now they're whacking people left and right with little explanation. Also, there's a huge caveat to the "best talent in town" part. Lately they have been bringing on subpar people. My theory is that they finally realized that top tier talent will simply move on if they get pigeonholed or stuck on a bad project with no hope of being reassigned.

Layoffs on April Fools Day!

Pros

Great sense of humor. Two weeks ago, we had our quarterly meeting with our CEO. He and the COO were excited to share how well we were doing and how we hit our revenue targets. All this to say, two weeks later they turn around and RIF over 50 people on April Fools Day, In today's corporate landscape, transparency and honesty are paramount pillars upon which trust between employers and employees is built. I am sad to say you will not find any transparency, accountability, honesty, or integrity within Neudesic executives.

Cons

Everything. Promotions are given to people who kiss the ring. Lack of learning and development beyond receiving Microsoft certifications. We were told in November we were going to have a new bonus program this year and it's April and we have yet to receive anything or heard of it mentioned ever again. If you're a woman - good luck! There are no women leaders in the entire organization and it's not because of lack of talent. If you're not part of the boys club - your voice is not heard. RUN!!!
