Overwhelming and Dangerous

Pros

This is a Dangerous place to work. There are many problems to solve but left without direction on how to solve them. The head administers have a slogan “ don’t bring us problems without solutions” and they are the ones making all the money to create solutions. Staff are not allowed to ask questions or speak on behalf of what is right. There are no pros

Cons

Abusive company towards staff and participants are left to endure without real care.

Pros

Some of the most talented CNA’s and Nursing staff I’ve ever worked with. Residents are amazing!

Cons

Management and administration show favoritism to select employees, the ones they share common attributes with; dishonest, lazy, unsafe, disrespectful, manipulative, threatening, no accountability, lack of morals, and present false information to residents in regard to targeted staff. To be redundant, unprofessional with a God complex. Just to ruin Shannon’s day and possibly force her into a healthier hobby or pass-time activity, there is/was a camera with audio recording hidden between the dumpster and bio shed gap. 😘 (Information provided by a favored employee, her sister) Someone should probably look into the legality of that.

Halfway House

Pros

Overnight shift has it very easy. Anyone who has to work during the day will suffer due to management's inability to create rules, structure and an actual therapeutic environment for the clients who live there.

Cons

There are no rules here. Clients openly abusive towards staff, sexual harrassment of staff by clients is ignored by management, group activities are nonexistent, clients' psychological needs are ignored and not addressed, multiple suicidal ideations by four out of five clients in the house.
