Pros

I had fun working with the team. I was always motivated to go to the office. Management encouraged knowledge sharing across teams which helped employees gain exposure to various projects and think about the bigger picture. I could choose where to contribute in the product, based on my interest. People were quite approachable and love to help.

Cons

Bangalore team was newly setup, so there were communication gaps between their counterparts in US. No office cab facility.
