Pros

Benefits are good and there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow your skills.

Cons

Culture has become too focused on self-preservation instead of optimizing operations. The ability to work as a team is challenged because self-preservation tendencies run all of the way to the top. Needlessly high stress.
