Pros

Very large gold district with long mine life and lots of opportunity to do a variety of jobs and roles

Cons

Management is awful with little respect to work/life balance. There seems to be no strategic or long term plan - constantly shoot themselves in the foot for short term gains. Very high attrition rate so the legacy knowledge is not there.

Pros

401 package is very competetive, salary looks good on paper until you realize cost of living is very high for what’s essentially a large trailer park town.

Cons

Management incompetent, toxic work environment, HR sweeps legitimate issues under the rug, the list goes on.
