Pros

Salary is competitive, bonuses are generally high. Benefits are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Resources in the Carlin trend and NGM’s assets provide many opportunities to learn and for advancement.

Cons

Morale is low and there are increasingly high expectations to do more with less, without the right resources to accomplish that. As a result, people feel overworked and undervalued.
