Pros

Great benefits, Fair wage, as much OT as one would want.

Cons

A lot of new people, the older (more seasoned) workers most likely moved on or have already retired, those that have experience are a bit disgruntled or don't care to teach anymore. Travel to-from town to the mine site is between 2-3 hours out of your day depending on what mine you work at.

Pros

This company offers a lot, especially in comparison to other employers in the area and they really do try to figure out way to make their employees benefits work for you.

Cons

In trying to do the most for their employees, they fall a little short as to what employees want and try to decide that for them.
