Pros

NGM offers great pay and benefits to all employees and family. They have great perks to being an employee, scholarships for depends, summer employment for college students of employees, company matched contributions to your favorite organizations, matched 401k and best of all they support a safe work environment!

Cons

Some sites are pretty remote.

Pros

Absolutely NOTHING, Managers are sexist and rude, talk down to employees

Cons

Make you work long hours, office hours start at 6am and were only suppose to be 10 hours a day and have Fridays off but got rid of the Friday day off and you still work 10-12 hours a day. They cut salaries so that the CEO had more money to buy his Maserati .
