Pros

Vacation, PTO and paid holidays are very good. They have opportunities for advancement. Sales pressure not as bad as Wells Fargo from what I hear.

Cons

Medical insurance was horrible. High deductibles. Not good for regular doctor visits. Salary and bonus structure poor. Bombarding regular customers with sales pitches is encouraged.

Pros

Opportunity for advancement (if you stay long enough) Good training Decent benefit package paid schooling for certain degrees

Cons

must meet sales goals hard to use sick days as they only allot 2 days for every 6 months (they don't tell you this - you have to read it in the handbook or get a verbal warning) at-will termination (no guarantees you'll still have your job - they have fired individuals when the bank has lost $ whether or not that individual truly had control over the situation) Schedules constantly subject to change - you better be willing to work any hour & day the bank is open.
