Pros

About the only aspect of working for Nevada State Bank that was the least bit appealing is that the people that you directly work with are great.

Cons

Essentially everything about the job sucks. Unless you are in upper management, you get diddly jack for pay, you are not respected, and you are expected to just be able to work whenever.
