-Good 401k match (Fully matches 5% - immediate vesting)

Cons

-Mgmt. Solely interested in profits, played favorites amongst employees, its definitely who you know rather than what you know at NSB. -Staff now primarily consists of the cast offs from many of the failed banks in the market (Silver State, CBON, etc.) and the insanely higly paid senior executives brought in from SoCal by Mr. Haun. -Lacks a corporate culture, long term approach.
