Great training and company to work for. You're not another number like the other major banks. But they are still a relatively small regional bank. So you are able to accommodate clients better.

Cons

Technology, they are still really behind both for the client & app for the client. As well as the software we use on a daily basis. We also have over 34 programs that we use on a daily basis.
