      The company is okay

      Pros

      they started increasing pay from what it used to be paid holidays vacation

      Cons

      still not as much as other banks technology outdated customer service constantly calls branches for minor issues work overload - branches and other departments are constantly short staffed benefits are not good mandatory sales goals are too high for the volume of the branches, despite however they calculate it.

      Co-workers are the only redeemable part of the job.

      Cons

      Poor management. Poor communication. Treat employees awfully. Culture is very highschool. Micromanagement. Lied to during interview and lied to about bonus structure. Worst manager I've ever had.
