Pros

Neverware values it's people and takes very seriously who they hire. They try their best to make sure the company is the right fit for you as well as for them, before you even set foot in the door. This focus on hiring creates an environment where you feel like you are actually an important part of the overall mission. Culture here is very welcoming and allows for you to balance work and life in a sustainable way without the pressure of feeling judged. CloudReady is an awesome product and it's fun to be a part of something that's never quite been done before.

Cons

Benefits aren't as great as my previous company, but they still provide an amazing culture and decent benefits.

In the last year, Neverware has accelerated its sales & marketing efforts, increased its employees and there is considerably more energy and buzz in the office than previously. A deepening relationship with Google, international expansion and significant traction with enterprise customers has made everyone in the company (from long-time veterans to new additions to the team) even more bullish about CloudReady's place among top Operating Systems, and Neverware's place among top companies in the competitive NYC tech landscape.

Cons

We're beginning to outgrow our space, which means re-arranging our office to optimize what's left, and as we grow, it will undoubtedly require us to move.

Neverware Response

Thanks for your note and your enthusiasm. I couldn't be more excited for 2019! Regarding the constraints of our office - we just finished a project increasing our restrooms by 50% (from 2 to 3), so we are trying to keep up with the growth. Keep letting us know what we need to do to make this a great environment.
