You might meet some cool co-workers while working here. I personally did. Also, the office park this place is headquartered at is pretty nice.

Cons

You have to wake up real early, dress in business professional every morning, and be at this uptown office park by 7 AM. You will be expected to arrive early, even if you don't get paid (I was SPECIFICALLY told to arrive more than 15 minutes earlier than I was scheduled for or else I would be considered "late"). Once you arrive, you will do very little and talk about stuff that could have just been an email for about an hour in a half. You will be expected to write everything down in a notebook to prove you are "paying attention". Then you will leave, go stand in the frozen foods aisle of a Costco for 8 hours whilst approaching and annoying passing grocery shoppers with the same tagline over and over until you can finally convince someone to subscribe to a lowly-rated water delivery service or whatever product they are having you promote at the time, which you will get $50 for. If you don't do these enough times by the end of the week, well, then congratulations you just wasted your time.

Field marketing in retail settings is also clearly communicated during the hiring process, as it is a core part of the position. We strive to be transparent about responsibilities, compensation structure, and growth opportunities from the start, and we encourage candidates to ask questions to ensure the role aligns with their goals. Pros

If you are a high energy salesman with little obligations and need for free time, you can succeed and make good money. You are selling cell service to people that do not want to talk to you and are there to buy groceries. Meaning, you have to usually step in front of or call out to people and convince them to randomly switch their cell service or add lines to your provider. Little work life balance, great for college kids to get some sales experience. Most people involved in the company are great people with great attitudes. I never had a poor experience with the people or management - just the manner of the sales you are doing can become very unenjoyable very quickly. You can have weeks making $30 an hour and weeks making $10 an hour. They stay VERY true to promoting from within, and if you put your head down and meet the requirements you WILL be promoted.

Cons

you will never technically “own” the company because someone above you has all the say. They tell you where to go to start the new office and they get most the profits, and they can upend you whenever they please. Like I said, this job is as good as you make it. However, there are bad sides to it. Look up “Devil Corp” on YouTube and that will show you what the worst of this type of sales can be.

Although they say we work 40hrs closer to 60 with all the driving and extra stuff. The pay is nice but with all the hours probably making around 15 which isn’t worth the amount you have to do
