Pros

advancement opportunities, possible to develop your own business, friendly people. Seem to be able to pay off for hard work.

Cons

long hours, little pay in the beginning, hard to achieve the titles that they are selling you to believe are easy to promote, focused more on hiring new employees than actually driving sales.

Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on knowing that the team averages around 40 hours each, with very few people working overtime ever. It seems weird that you would complain about long hours when shifts are typically less than 8 hours. Our interviewing process is very thorough and we go into depth about the position down to actually giving a prospective employee the opportunity to shadow the position.
