Pros

I gave a lot away in the title but it's all true. -training based off of your level of experience -no seniority -promotions actually happen here, seen a few of them myself and it's really motivating to see a coworker work hard and get the respect and appreciation from their employer that they deserve -travel opportunities, a few of the managers just get back from a seminar in Dallas Tx that was completely paid for by the company -free gym facility on the 8th floor -approachable managers that actually want to hear your feedback and want you to contribute to meetings -fast paced environment -grow based off of your career goals and training in other departments too

Cons

-The buildings garage isn't free so we all park across the street and walk over. Not the worst thing in the world -you put in what you get out, it's easy to determine who's moving forward and falling behind. Laziness doesn't last long

The atmosphere is nice. The office space and building is nice, even though we don't spent much time in it.

Cons

The atmosphere is forced nice. You can tell everyone's just trying to claw their way to the top, and any genuineness is only surface-level.
