      Pros

      Non-unionized, faith-based, on-site shower facility, free snacks/lunches on a regular basis. Unique and fun company culture you have to experience to understand. Great place to get a start in the logistics industry.

      Cons

      Politics? But you would have that anywhere. Otherwise, this company rocks hard!!

      Pros

      Growing company. Modern atmosphere. Company was ok to work for. Owner has the ability to be a good team leader and can create a good team environment.

      Cons

      Image was more important than substance. Leadership was not always clear or consistent. Lacks company direction and goals along with professionalism to follow through.

      Pros

      Everyone, and I mean everyone, is really welcoming and helpful. There's lots of encouragement and great company wide communication. No matter what department you're working in, you'll gain a great understanding of the methods and practices of transportation companies.

      Cons

      Company is in a sort of limbo period trying to implement new strategies to encourage company growth. A lack of consistency nor established expectations are commonplace.
