      Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Company is very accommodating to help balance work and personal life.

      Pros

      Everyone is so welcoming! This is the first time in my entire career that I can honestly say that everyone I have come into contact with has been kind and accepting of everyone's individual differences. Many company's enable the authoritarian management approach, New Age Logistics does not, they practice servant leadership.

      Cons

      It's further from home than I would like, but that is not something the company can change for one person haha.

      Great team to work all around and management will always have the time for you, it gives you the Old School feeling of ( We can get it done).I thought this was gone from our industry, great to see I was wrong.
