      Pros

      Extremely great place to work. Coming from the customer side of the freight world, they welcomed me with open arms and got me caught up to speed really fast. Management is transparent and has an open door policy with all employees. Team members are engaged and ready to jump in and help no matter the situation.

      - perfectly mixed work environment: hard working, focused mixed with fun and laughter. - supportive management w/ rounded and achievable goals. - overall just a nice place to walk into coupled with great people to share time with.

      Cons

      Maybe a New Age embroidered zip-up hoodie, some kind of sweatshirt, or blanket for the winter would be nice. Just a thought

      New Age Logistics continues to grow and show the industry that it upholds top quality service. This company continues to evolve and get better and better! Great place to work!

      Cons

      Can not think of any cons at the moment other than location for me. Just need more good employees to compensate for the growth.
