Pros

The company is growing at an extremely fast pace which presents great opportunities for motivated individuals. Management does a great job of motivating the rest of the team and setting the company up for success.

Cons

I have not encountered any cons while working at New Age. It’s been an all around pleasant experience

Pros

The team is full of positive people who are determined to build, grow and maintain relationships; also, they want to see everyone be successful. There are numerous opportunities to grow with the company. Both locations have dedicated employees and leaders who care about their people.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I believe that if we continue to build with the right people, the sky's the limit.
