Pros

Operational autonomy and freedom to stamp your own personal brand and priorities on a contract security force.

Cons

Little to no training provided by the company. Lack of admin and logistical support, disconnect between corporate and the field, fond of placing the boots on the ground in between a rock and a hard place.

Pros

Decent Pay, Every 30th or 15th, okay environment, cool co-workers and after hour socials. Most importantly, you will have a wonderful supervisor, if your in the Columbia, South Carolina Area.

Cons

On your feet for a long period, constant activity, never a dull moment, and sometimes your relief maybe late.
