Pros
I was there a while ago, but some of the pros were: good colleagues, good benefits, and some opportunities for growth. It was a younger organization when I was there so there was a sense of collegiality there, but I get the sense it has grown.
Cons
Some opportunities for growth but those opportunities can be limited depending on which department you are in. Directors have to spend a lot of time fundraising for their departments.
