Pros

Great company values and product.

Cons

Sometimes folks spent too much time focusing on CYA instead just working forward as a Team.

Pros

Free uniform, provided at least 2-3 full outfits and 1 pair of shoes for every season. Fellow sales associates are nice to work with 40% employee discount In depth training / look into the company, you truly learn a lot about a great company

Cons

Managers/Leads push employees A LOT, can sometimes be too much. Not much room to grow in my opinion Hours aren't that great Sales goals are unrealistic

Pros

Great people, atmosphere, and products. Easy interview, paid $9.50/hr, not many large/difficult tasks asked of you.

Cons

Customers usually in a bad mood, early hours sometimes, days can get extremely busy out of nowhere so you gotta like working quickly
