Pros

New Balance is a great company with an incredible value structure. This structure feeds down from the owners. The company has great people that all tend to align with the value structure. This has led to increased performance and a better overall product especially in the past decade. Most members of the organization truly have the interest of the organization, sponsored athletes and customers first and are always considering the impact of any decision to that audience.

Cons

Systems are problematic, and should likely be improved.
