- great coworkers and management - amazing training - everybody there cares about their job and their peers - product discounts - small and intimate company; chances to become managers or move to head office

Cons

- minimum wage, no commission (though I also liked that this didn't foster a competitive environment

- diverse and friendly staff - flexible hours - awesome easy going managers - goal oriented team that strives for sales and conversion - team sales contests with rewards like free shoes - growth opportunities - amazing learning experience (super informative training program on different types of shoes and feet) - 40% discount - not strict about uniform - small perks like free pizza when you work on a holiday

- minimum wage when you’re just starting out - no commission - training is lengthy - sales associates also do the stock
