Pros

Work is interesting although behind the times with how they do things. Benefits are good. Mostly great associates whom keep the place running regardless of the atrocious nature of the business

Cons

Management is fluffy at best. It is narcissistic boy club that appeared to have moved direction but quickly worked its way back to old ways. Turnover is again very high and cornered in one area of the business. Senior managers speak about other senior staff and associates in group meetings disrespectfully. No one is protected. Overworked, underpaid. Many staff are in this position with reviews being held disrespectfully. Reviews should be 360 not 180. The GM is amazing although unaware. If not unaware then should be ashamed.
