Pros

Decent pay, and location. Also, employee benefits were ok.

Cons

The company was superficial, boss was not totally honest with employees which created a strange environment.

Pros

- Colleagues: Depends on outlet, but generally colleagues I've worked with so far are not bad. - Work load: Mostly serve customer, stock replenishment and some housekeeping - Learn about NB signature shoes and clothes - Staff Purchase for limited edition product, but can only limit to 1 purchase per staff. - Staff Discount is 40% off - 2 off days, for retail quite good: With the exception of off on 1 weekday and 1 weekends.

Cons

- Slow Career Progression: Very rarely do staff performance review. Very hard to advance career progression. - Low pay: Sadly, compare to other retail, they pay slightly below average. - Management does not listen to floor staff's feedback regarding customers & products. - No work life balance: Entire day shift is 10 hours with 1.5 hours break.
