Pros

Company shares a strong belief in the correct fit of footwear.

Cons

The Ontario Canada stores are not corporate run, and therefore are run like an independent business. The owner of the GTA chains employ a "be thankful we hired you mentality", where every customer complaint is over investigated, and employees do not receive recognition for being loyal or employing excellent work ethic. Only workplace that continued to tighten the rules to the point where they required your fingerprint before starting every shift.
