Great Place if you're okay with less pay

Pros

Family like environment. Annual Bonus Job security Flexible work schedule Lots of vacation time (I have 7 weeks next year).

Cons

A little bit less $ salary wise compared to the industry rate. Though many would gladly take this trade off. Limited career advancement in some departments. Understaffed. Trying to double the sales of the company without hiring more people to get there. Thus many are spread so thin to the breaking point.

Pros

Casual work environment. Most people were friendly. Benefits were pretty good.

Cons

It wasn't what you knew, it was who you knew. When trying to climb the corporate ladder, having the right person/manager on your side carried more weight than your actual job performance. Raises received were practically the same person to person no matter if you worked harder than your peers. Promotions took quite some time to achieve. Salaries could be higher like the competition offers.

Pros

Work Life Balance and facilities.

Cons

Compensation was horrible. Management was misguided. The brand continues to stagger causing a very stressed and unmotivated environment where many teams can't get along. The culture is quite lazy. Talent is sub-par.
