Pros

Gain a lot of experience on how to communicate with customers and how to develop a strong sense of character development in the field of retail. You gain specific knowledge on specific footwear and basic knowledge on how to analyse a persons foot and how they walk to recommend a suitable product.

Cons

A slight downside would be poor management in some occasions but not all the time.

Pros

Brand is doing good, lots of responsibility

Cons

Very old school management style, seems most decisions are made from UK for HR which doesn't fit the culture of Amsterdam. Employees made redundant and no clarity is provided as to what has happened or why they have been made redundant. Very few benefits, no basic facilities at the office no sport/changing facilities like competition in Amsterdam or any discount to do any sport which is bad for sport brand, no food, refused to give any office equipment during covid as they thought employees would damage screen. Employees not allowed to give feedback to management, people get in trouble for speaking up, better to stay silent and unhappy than black list from opportunities.
