      The other employees, because I like to help people solve their foot problems, the free shoes.

      You don't get comission on shoes.

      Pros

      Company presses to be a tight knit family oriented company. They do a great job with benefits and trying to promote from within. They do a huge amount of volunteer and community service and encourage their employees to do the same.

      Cons

      Not an innovative company in any area, whether personal or professional. Little to no diversity in those categories as well.
