Not a great job

Pros

You get a pretty good employee discount. New Balance has great products and you get to learn a lot about the products.

Cons

Weird rules and weird things that management is strict about. Management is very focus on the job and does not take the time to know employees (even forgetting multiple employees names). Employees had a better method for selling but when management was there, they would get in the way with their own techniques that were off putting to customers.

Pros

Fast-paced, collaborative culture. Lots of brand pride and spirit. Passionate employees. Maintains a family feel and startup mentality despite being a large, established global brand. Exciting time in the brand's history with a bright future. Great employee discount and perks!

Cons

Career advancement is difficult in certain departments.
