Pros

Relaxed environment , never too stressful. Nice offices and people. Great benefits gym and health care and reimbursement. Very friendly place

Cons

No where to move up. People are satisfied with status quo. Many folks don't want change, just want to do their job and go home.

Pros

Get to work alongside awesome (smart, driven, fun, and nice) people on challenges and opportunities at the forefront of the footwear and apparel industry, while living and breathing the world of sport.

Cons

There really isn't much downside to working for a company like New Balance. Given we're a privately owned company we don't have some perks of stock options and such, but the upside of not running the business to appeal to The Street is well worth it
