      Pros

      They have many opportunities for continuing education and offer free food at these events.

      Cons

      The staff don't look out for their nurses. They are inconsiderate and will not help you if you need help. In addition, they will place you with a family that is not good for you and force you to stay, even if you are unhappy. They underpay their employees and treat them like trash. They do not respect you as a person or a nurse. You will be told to do everything for the family, regardless if it is in your line of care. In addition, if you are promised full time employment, don't count on it. Do not rely on this company to respect your wishes when they hire you. Nurses are underpaid and disrespected. I was very disappointed to work for this company and found my job a waste of time.

      Excellent pay. Paid on time always. The office staff tries hard to place a nurse with the right family.

      Cons

      I can not think of any " cons " in reference to working for this company.

      Pros

      Management/clinical directors are very helpful and compassionate. All office staff I have come in contact with are friendly, professional and personable. 24 hr on call service

      Cons

      Office hours are normal, but just don't seem long enough sometimes. I prefer not to call into the office while working with a client if it's not client related. Sometimes you just need HR to go over benefits paperwork, or something like that, and it may not be possible to do while working.
