Pros

Clinical supervisors and supporting staff are awesome. The training classes are excellent and well worth your time. Have had no problems with them whatsoever.

Cons

They don't offer paid cpr classes. Required TB shots have to be done in office in Seattle, inconvenient if you don't live there or surrounding area. Scheduling could use a tune up, but they manage many employees, so understandable.

Favoritism

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible hours. In home care.

Cons

Management showed favoritism towards certain nurses and had poor response to complaints in the work place. Because I pursued action towards a dishonest, manipulative team leader, my employment was eliminated, although my work was said to be "impeccable".
