      Pros

      I have loved working for New Care. They make their employees feel like family. They are very thoughtful, flexible and willing to work with your schedule. They have found the perfect clients for me to work with. A Residency program for CPN certification is also available and great to do to not only receive CPN certification, but PALS, PEARS, etc. too. They really strive to make their nurses be the best they can be and to provide excellent, safe care. I also love how you’re able to call them 24/7. It gives me comfort knowing there is always someone on the other side of the line if I have any questions or concerns.

      Pros

      I have been with New Care for almost 8 years. I have found the managment and company to be very open and honest. I have always felt my employer values me and have always felt very supported professionally.

      Cons

      There is no perfect job but New Care does a good job providing care in the community and taking care of both the clients and nurses.
