      Flexible hours. In home care.

      Cons

      Management showed favoritism towards certain nurses and had poor response to complaints in the work place. Because I pursued action towards a dishonest, manipulative team leader, my employment was eliminated, although my work was said to be "impeccable".

      Pros

      Management/clinical directors are very helpful and compassionate. All office staff I have come in contact with are friendly, professional and personable. 24 hr on call service

      Cons

      Office hours are normal, but just don't seem long enough sometimes. I prefer not to call into the office while working with a client if it's not client related. Sometimes you just need HR to go over benefits paperwork, or something like that, and it may not be possible to do while working.

      Excellent company - New Care Vision and Values are high on our agenda, staff well being and care of our staff and residents is of paramount. I've worked for many years in HR, and this is the first company I really enjoy working for
