I was in the first 5 employees hired, and I am so excited about the work we're doing. IT Services is a growing industry, and New Charter is at the forefront of that. The CEO is collaborative, supportive, and highly goal oriented. We have big plans and I have every confidence that we're going to be able to meet them because everyone knows what they are and we're all headed in the same direction. This is a great place to be if you like to build things and collaborate, our partner companies are the best of the best in the space.
Cons
We're still in the building stages with a lot of things, so it could be a challenging environment for someone who prefers to follow established policy rather than building it.
