Many of the supervisors need to learn some ethics in the work place and that staff members should be treated with respect and dignity as they would like to be treated.

Scheduling was challenging. Very limited opportunity to take the two five minute breaks that are offered each day. High staff turn-over rate. Consistently short-staffed.
