Pros

Not only gained experience in technology but experienced working with great teachers and amazing, minority kids. Admin is the best we've had since the school opened in 2000.

Cons

Our school board has segregated us by making us a magnet school. Shameful! Unfortunately, very little parent participation. They're isolated in the projects and very few have transportation to come volunteer or they are working.

Medical insurance is paid for employee only (at base level). Holidays off. Generous amount of paid sick time.

Cons

Company culture encourages being two faced, doing the bare minimum, blaming others. HR is worthless. Payroll is incompetent. The company masks its incompetencies by piling more work on capable employees. Poorly addresses office spats (which happen frequently when people do not do their jobs). The pay is lousy. Upper management does a poor job addressing issues.
