World class training and a proven system for selling more homes more profitably Management team who cares about rewarding effort and developing their people Networking and learning from some of the brightest minds in new home sales Strategic builder partners that are compatible with the New Home Star culture A company that prioritizes its vision daily to build the best sales team in the world!

Cons

It is important to understand that while New Home Star cares about all of its independent contractor sales people and treats them like family, this is not W2 employment with paid time off and health insurance. If you prefer a job where there is some down time at work, this is probably not the place for you. Never a boring moment, and always something needing to be done.

I have worked many sales jobs and have never had such comprehensive, intuitive sales training as I have had with NHS. This is a company that truly cares about its people and helping them be the best that they can be.

Cons

Not every builder buys in completely to the NHS culture.
