Pros

New Home Star will give you all the tools and recourses you need to be successful. They put the power into your hands to decide where you want you career to go. The sky is the limit if you're ready to become the best version of yourself and join the ranks of the best sales team in the world. I'm writing this from Mexico where they just took us all for our first ever national sales rally. This company changed my life forever and I will never work for a company other than New Home Star.

Cons

assisting people in purchasing the most expensive investment of their lives isn't all puppies and kittens. This is a high stress job at times and it can be difficult not to take your work home from the office.

We strive to provide all of the tools, training, and support to make you successful, but we also have to continue to find ways to keep it fun. This company loves it's people. The culture is amazing and it fosters growth and opportunity from within! It's hard work that is worth it and they make it clear that they want people who are invested and want to help in creating something amazing . The VP's, managers ecs. are all wonderful! They all learn everyone's names, give hugs and hang out with the entire staff at events. There is no "me" and "them" attitude. The founder of the company David Rice is one of the most caring and brilliant people I have ever met! There is an open door policy and everyone from the top down supports each other. They have amazing training and tools to help you succeed. Truly the sky is the limit here!!

Cons

There is truly nothing bad I can say about this company. If anything I cannot wait to grow at a faster pace once we have the capacity!!

This company does everything and anything to set you up for success. New Home Star is the most employee focused company I have ever worked for. If you have ever asked yourself "why can't my job appreciate my hard work?" or "Why will my job not help me get ahead?" then this is the job for you! They will always put you first and appreciate everything you do. There is plenty of opportunity for growth.

Cons

This is a job that with great reward comes great responsibility. If you are not driven to work hard then this isn't the job for you. Every employee at New Home Star will tell you that this company will change your life but you have to earn it as well. I promise you will not regret it.
